How we handle the information you share with us when you buy a ticket, apply for a scholarship, submit a sponsor or media inquiry, or join the email list.
Plain-English summary. We collect only what we need to run the Summit and follow up on your inquiry — your name, email, the form you submitted, and any details you choose to share. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with sponsors or media partners without your explicit consent. Tickets are processed by Eventbrite, which has its own privacy policy.
Information you give us directly via forms (name, email, organization, message body), plus standard server logs (IP, browser, page accessed) for security and analytics. Newsletter subscriptions are stored with your email service provider until you unsubscribe.
To respond to your message, send confirmation emails, route inquiries to the right person on our team, deliver the newsletter you opted into, and improve the site. That's it.
Tickets: Eventbrite (their privacy policy applies). Email: a standard transactional email provider. Hosting: a standard static-site host. We don't run third-party advertising tracking on this site.
Email partners@auditorsummit.com any time to ask what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Newsletter unsubscribe links are in every email.
This is a working draft. The final policy will be published before the Summit goes on sale and will reflect the actual hosting, ticketing, and email vendors selected.
