Pack the kit. Charge the batteries.

The night before is half the day. Two cameras, three batteries, two SD cards, a wind muff, and a notebook — the difference between a clean recording and a missed moment.

Bring the discipline.
Practice the calm.

Calm. Distance. Clarity.

The optional Take It to the Streets block is a guided learning exercise, not a confrontation challenge. Group leads, checklists, meeting points, and a separate signed waiver. The strongest audit is the calmest one.

Practical disciplines

  • Maintain reasonable distance and non-interference
  • Speak calmly and clearly when asked questions
  • Identify yourself as a Summit attendee on a learning lab
  • Stay with your assigned group and group lead
  • Preserve raw footage; don't delete anything
  • Note time, date, location, and badge numbers when visible

What's not allowed

  • Trespass into clearly non-public areas
  • Obstruct lawful police, EMS, or government activity
  • Provoke confrontation or escalate verbally
  • Record private citizens in private settings
  • Doxx or threaten anyone, on-site or after
  • Stage incidents for content

What we ask of every attendee.

The Summit is a place where people of different politics, backgrounds, and creator styles come together to learn. We expect respect for fellow attendees, faculty, sponsors, venue staff, and the public. Harassment, threats, doxxing, and intimidation will result in removal from the event without refund.

Attendees acknowledge that nothing at the Summit constitutes individualized legal advice, that local law and court rules vary, and that they are responsible for their own conduct. The Summit may decline or remove any attendee whose conduct conflicts with these standards.

The full participation waiver is included in your registration confirmation email and must be signed before participation in any optional field lab. Contact partners@auditorsummit.com with questions.

If you haven't already — reserve your seat.
